Please make sure all of your information is correct. 10% of the proceeds from your portrait goes to 1 of 4 rescues/programs. If you do not choose an option on the form, we will do so. There will be a $100 deposit required when you order your pet portrait. This is what it means when it says (+$100) next to the canvas size options. It DOES NOT mean you will be charged an extra $100 dollars.

 

*If you are looking for a larger or smaller canvas size than the ones listed on the form: please select "Other Size". We will then contact you to discuss price ranges once your order submission has been received.

Once we confirm your order we will ask you to email us a picture of your pet. Please keep in mind that the clearer the photo is, the easier it is for our artists to capture the likeness of your pet. We will also send you a photo-release form to sign. This just gives us your permission to use pictures of your pet, your pet portrait, and/or yourself in certain aspects of the business. There is an option on the form to decline permission.

Once the photograph of your pet has been received it cannot be changed. The deposit of $100 will not be refunded if the portrait is cancelled anytime after the photograph of your pet is received.
